The 8th Interdisciplinary and Interfaith Conference About Palliative and End of Life Care / November 30, 2017
About the Event
Founded 12 years ago, the Collaborative for Palliative Care has organized highly regarded conferences about diverse aspects of palliative and end-of-life care, attended by more than 450 professionals each year, representing over 100 institutions and organizations.
Our conferences are made possible through the generosity of our sponsors, donors and member organizations, who work tirelessly to plan and implement the program. With increased attention to the importance of expanding palliative care access in community and other settings, the conference will address the growing need for workforce development, relevant policy issues, and gaps in service delivery. It will also provide opportunities for networking and for deepening professional expertise.
Hundreds of physicians, nurses, psychologists, lawyers, social workers, educators and other health care professionals from the tri-state area and beyond.
Sponsorship offers a unique opportunity for Health Care Organizations, Agencies, Professionals, Educational Institutions and others, to highlight their role in supporting progressive Palliative Care initiatives and educational opportunities in our region. Sponsor forms are due by September 1st, 2017.
